He has experienced many situations that could have destroyed him. However, this did not happen. And on top of that, he has managed to become a happy, fulfilled man. [He doesn't feel he has a mission to save all of humanity, but if at least one person is changed by his story, he believes the book is worth writing. He too was once helped by someone else's story, through which he understood and felt that change was possible. He reached for drugs at the age of 18. He immediately fell into heroin addiction. It was the first drug he met - one of the strongest drugs known. He took out of helplessness, out of despair, but also out of curiosity. It made his life very difficult. Robert Rutkowski is a psychotherapist, lecturer and educator. He conducts therapy sessions for people with substance and behavioural addiction problems, professional or family crises. She helps as a psychological mentor for athletes - dealing with motivation, relaxation and performance enhancement. She helps families with problems with their children or in their relationships.
