Peter Rabbit is used to being an only bunny, so he gets quite a surprise when not one, not two, but three baby rabbits join the family!
Peter is not at all sure at first how he feels about his new siblings. Mrs Rabbit has thought of names for two of them: Flopsy and Mopsy - but it's Peter who gets to choose the third one! Suddenly he feels important and useful.
This is the first title in a new series of very young stories for readers of 2+ set in Peter Rabbit's world. The simple tales will deal with the first experiences and emotions of small children, as seen through the eyes of Beatrix Potter's classic characters

A Christmas wish
It's Christmas Eve and Peter Rabbit and his sisters are excited, but Peter is worried too. They have all wished for a special present but Peter can't sleep, and he knows Father Christmas won't visit if he's still awake. As the hours drag by anxious Peter hears a little creak here, and a little bump there, so now he's even LESS likely to fall asleep. Poor Peter. Will his Christmas wish EVER come true?

Happy Birthday.
It's Peter's birthday, but he feels sad because nobody in his family wants to play or even see him! It's turning out to be the worst birthday ever for Peter... until he gets a special surprise.
